For your timeline:

Short and Sweet (1-4 hours): Sneak peeks within days, with your full gallery in about one week.

The Full Story (5-8 hours): Highlights within a week, with your complete collection delivered within 2 weeks.

The Complete Narrative (9+ hours): A stunning preview in the first week, with the final masterpiece delivered within 3 weeks.

Regardless of the type of shoot (be it a portrait session, family photos, or a wedding), I believe a personal connection is vital to getting authentic and beautiful results.

Set up a video call to have a friendly chat and get to know you.

Arrange a meeting at a local coffee shop to discuss the details in person.

If you are booking a wedding shoot, we will schedule a dedicated meeting to go over the entire day:

Unique to You: Your wedding story will be entirely unique and will not look like the next couple's. I want your beautiful day to have a deep, personal meaning that you will cherish and look back on for years to come.

To ensure everything runs smoothly and you feel your best, here are a few things you can do the day before:

Prepare Your Wardrobe: Decide on all your outfits the day before. Hang them up and check that they are clean and pressed.

Clean Footwear: Make sure your shoes, trainers, or boots are clean. Footwear is often visible in the images and a little polish goes a long way!

Rest Up: Try to get a good night's sleep so you come to the shoot feeling refreshed and energised.

Yes, of course. For me, being part of your special day is an honor, no matter where the location. It's a privilege to be the one who frames your story.

Once you have confirmed you are happy to proceed with McKenzie Visuals, we will send you a formal contract to review and sign.

To officially secure your session or wedding date on our calendar, we require a non-refundable retainer fee of £50. This small fee locks in your date and allows us to begin the essential planning and preparation for your unique shoot.

Note: This retainer is deducted from your final balance.

The remaining balance for your package is due before your final photographs are delivered. We will send a friendly email reminder as this date approaches.

After your special day, you will receive access to your private online gallery to view all the processed photographs. To protect the final product, images in this gallery will display a watermark. Once the final payment has been successfully received, the watermarks will be permanently removed, and you will be able to download all of your high-resolution images.
